Children’s Discounts:
Only in parents’ room with at least two full-paying guests. Children up to age 3 stay free; ages 4 – 6: EUR 49; ages 7 – 10: EUR 59 ; ages 11 – 14: EUR 71 per night/child. No discounts in suites, family rooms or if staying in a separate room.

In the event of single occupancy of a double room, the price for the unoccupied second bed is reduced by EUR 25 per night. If you book a stay with breakfast only, we deduct EUR 9 per person from the room rate. Rollaway bed EUR 49 per night up to age 14, EUR 71 per night ages 15 and up, includes half board.

Reservations:
Your booking becomes guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to EUR 200 per room.  This deposit serves as a processing fee and, in the event of cancelation, will be forfeited. Room cancelations are only valid when received in writing.

Cancelation Charges: Prior to 3 months before the scheduled arrival date, there is no penalty for room cancelations.  Up to 1 month before the stipulated arrival date, you will be charged 40 % of the full package price.  Up to 1 week prior to the stipulated arrival date, 70 % of the total price will be charged and, during the final week prior to arrival, you will be billed 90 % of the total package price; in accordance with » Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions. Should you leave prematurely, we will be obliged to charge you the full price for your stay. This is why we strongly recommend taking out » holiday cancelation insurance!

Check-In & Check-Out:
Please be aware that, on arrival day your room will be available for check-in after 3:00 p.m.  If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please phone us in advance. On departure day we ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. If you check out of your room after this time, we will be obliged to charge you for an additional night.

Payment:
When paying your hotel bill, we accept cash, EC Card, Visa or Euro Card.  If any damage has been caused, you will also be billed for this at check-out.

Room Requests:
Though we will do everything possible to reserve the room you prefer, we are not able to guarantee a specific room.
