Children's Discounts:
Only in parents' room with min. 2 full-payers. Children up to age 3 are free; ages 4 - 6: EUR 49; ages 7 – 10: EUR 59, ages 11 – 14: EUR 71 per night/child. No discounts in suites, family rooms or in their own rooms.

For single occupancy of a double room, the price for the second bed is reduced by EUR 30 per night. For room with breakfast only, we deduct EUR 9 per person from the room rate. Extra bed EUR 49 per night up to age 14, EUR 71 per night ages 15 and up, incl. half-board.

Reservations:
Upon receipt of a deposit of EUR 200 per room, your reservations become guaranteed. This deposit will be assessed towards any potential cancelation charges. Room cancelations are only valid in writing.

Cancelation Charges:
Up to 3 months prior to the stipulated arrival date, there is no charge for cancelation of room reservations. Up to 1 month prior to the stipulated arrival date, you will be billed 40 % of the total package price. Up to 1 week prior to the stipulated arrival date, you will be charged 70 % of the total package price, while in the final week prior to the stipulated arrival date, you will be charged 90 % of the total package price, in compliance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations. Which is why we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancelation insurance!

Check-In and Check-Out:
Please note that your room will be available for check-in after 3 p.m. on your arrival day. If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please call ahead. On departure day, please check out of your room by 10 a.m. If you should wish to check out later, ask at the reception about your options. If you leave by 3 p.m. we charge 50 % of the room rate, while after 3 p.m. we bill the full price of the room.

Payment:
For payment of hotel charges we accept cash, the EC-Card, Visa or Euro-Card. Any damage will be billed at check-out. We assume no liability whatsoever for accidents caused by personal negligence, damage in parking spaces, loss or damage to personal property. We do not offer reimbursement for meals which guests choose not to consume.

Requests for Specific Rooms:
Please note that we are unable to guarantee you reservations for a specific floor or room number.
