In the morning we offer you a breakfast for an energizing start to the day including a variety of fresh breakfast rolls, farmhouse bread, whole-grain breads, butter, milk, yoghurts produced in SalzburgerLand, homemade jams, top-quality regional sausage products, bacon from the Pongau region, egg specialties, whole-grain and packaged cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables, organic farm apples.

At lunchtime, we serve you a hearty helping from our soup pot.

For an afternoon snack for your soul, we serve homemade sweets!

And in the evening, as a pleasant way to wind down your day, you will be greeted by fresh salad variations from the buffet, tasty dressings, vinegars and oils, herbal salts, clear or cream soups, a constantly changing selection of appetizers, three different main courses to choose from on our menu of the day, one vegetarian meal is always offered every day, and to conclude the meal, sweet dessert variations.

We also rotate between a Pongau Country Buffet, theme nights, a 6-course gala menu, appetizer buffet and a dessert buffet.
